Overview

Procurement of 2 x Dell PowerEdge Server R670 (17th Generation) units and delivery to Sentech Head Office. This is a RFQ issued by Sentech Limited. Suitable bidders are IT infrastructure vendors with a Dell OEM partnership, capable of supplying OEM-validated configurations, providing deployment and post-sale support, and meeting Sentech’s supplier requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Dell OEM partnership or accreditation current to the bidding period (not issued more than 2 years ago).
• OEM configuration reference verifiable with Dell Technologies.
• Bill Of Materials (BOM) for the proposed Dell PowerEdge R670 configuration.
• Supplier must be registered on the Sentech Supplier Database and be tax compliant.
• Quotations must be on company letterhead, fully completed, signed in black ink, and submitted by the closing date/time.
• Quotations must be submitted via email or the specified method; include Schedule of Deviations if any and maintain confidentiality.
• Preference: valid BBBEE certificate to claim 80/20 points; other standard procurement rules apply.
