Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the supply and delivery of two insulated shipping containers (15 m each) to the Ingonyama Trust Board. Eligible bidders are SA-based suppliers with proven experience in supplying large insulated containers, able to deliver to KwaZulu-Natal, and able to meet SA public procurement requirements (SBD forms, tax compliance, CSD/SARS status, and BBEE documentation).

Requirements

• Tax compliance: valid SARS PIN or TCS and related documentation; CSD number if no TCS PIN.
• Registration/docs: CSD report not older than 1 month; company registration documents; proof of address.
• Financial/BBEE: VAT registration (if applicable); B-BBEE status level verification or sworn affidavit.
• Pre-qualification docs: three reference letters from reputable previous suppliers of similar goods.
• Specific goals (80/20 system): 100% black ownership; offices within KwaZulu-Natal (proof required).
• Compliance: bidder details for organ of state employment disclosures and related declarations as per SBD forms.
