Overview

ATNS seeks a supplier to supply and deliver branded ATNS Shova Ufunde unisex bicycles and associated gear (helmets, locks, pumps, safety vests, and repair kits) to Estcourt (KwaZulu-Natal), Tzaneen, Ramalema-Tickyline Village (Limpopo), and Ntabankulu/Umzimvubu (Eastern Cape), with training and a warranty. The scope includes 200 bicycles plus accessories, branding, storage, and delivery to schools as specified in Volume 1A - Unisex Bicycle.pdf.

Requirements

• Minimum two client reference letters for supply/delivery of branded bicycles and cycling accessories, issued within the past 5 years, on client letterhead with verifiable contact details.
• Manufacturer’s warranty or warranty certificate of at least 1 year.
• Specification sheets or product brochures for each item, showing model, dimensions, materials, colours, etc.
• Compliance with internal admin and registration prerequisites: SARS Tax Compliance PIN, Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, CSD proof or application, and relevant B-BBEE documentation (for preference points).
• Completion of mandatory bid documents (SBD 1, SBD 3.1 pricing, SBD 4 disclosure, SBD 6.1 preference form, POPIA consent) and submission of pricing as required.

• Bid structure: three parcels through e-Tender – Parcel A (Administrative/Mandatory), Parcel B (Price/Specific Goals), plus required supporting documents.
• Documents to submit: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 pricing, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SARS PIN/CSD proof, CIPC documents, shareholder IDs/certificates, ID copies, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
