Overview

ATNS seeks a service provider to supply and deliver breakfast and lunch packs for learners from Orange Farm Children’s Home attending the Africa Aerospace and Defence Exhibition. Suitable bidders include catering/food-service providers with delivery/logistics capability, packaging (ATNS logo bags), and compliance with SA procurement rules (SARS PIN, CSD, BBEE). Submission is online via the e-Submission (e-Tender) portal, in two parcels, with a closing date of 17 August 2026 at 11:00.

Requirements

• SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for 60 days from submission.
• Locality footprint proof (City of Johannesburg) such as municipality bill, lease, title deed, councillor letter, or locally based partner MOUs.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application.
• CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, ID copies of shareholders.
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs) and related BBEE evidence.
• Registration certificates and accreditation with OEMs or professional bodies as applicable.
• POPIA compliance and data protection safeguards.
• Must meet delivery terms and proposed contract terms (GCC) including performance security.
• Preference points for specific goals (80/20 system): 51% Black Owned (10 points) and 30% Black Woman Owned (10 points).
• Format: Bids submitted via the online e-Tender system; two parcels (Administrative; Price & Specific Goals) with required SBD forms (see Volume 1A Orange Farm.pdf) and additional documents.
