Overview

ATNS invites bids to appoint a service provider for the supply and delivery of breakfast and lunch packs to learners of the Ekurhuleni School for the Deaf attending the Africa Aerospace and Defence (AAD) Exhibition. Suitable bidders include catering/school feeding providers with bulk packaging, logistic and food-safety capabilities. Mandatory requirements include CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, and B-BBEE documentation (Volume 1A.pdf).

Requirements

• SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for 60 days from submission.
• Locality footprint: proof of City of Ekurhuleni address (municipality bill/lease/title deed/ councillor letter or locally-based partner agreement).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration: proof of registration or application.
• Complete SBD pricing and disclosure forms: SBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) plus supporting CSD/CIPC/shareholder documents and IDs.
• B-BBEE: valid B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs) for eligibility to claim points.
• Tax clearance for all consortium/JV/subcontractors; separate proofs where applicable.
• POPIA-related consent form and confidentiality undertakings (as part of standard bidding documents).
