Overview

RFQ to appoint a service provider for the supply and delivery of lab consumables. The NRCS seeks suppliers with lab-supply capability to provide items such as dishwasher liquid, heavy-duty refuse bags, jumbo paper towels, Jik, and nitrile gloves. Delivery is to Dr Lategan Road, SABS Campus, Groenkloof, Pretoria. Requirements

• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• Completed and signed SBD forms: SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, and SBD6.1.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number if no PIN; original SARS tax clearance certificate.
• B-BBEE status: B-BBEE level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
• Verified no current State employee conflict; disclosure if applicable.
• Supplier Declaration Form with supporting documents (bank details, incorporation, BBBEE, turnover, etc.).
• Late bids are not accepted; offers must align with the terms of the contract and GCC.

• Pricing: Complete the Pricing Schedule; indicate total cost with delivery to NRCS; confirm delivery lead times in the schedule (delivery terms per GCC).
• Note: The contract will follow the GCC 2010 general conditions; payments appear as net 30 days post-invoice (where applicable).
