Overview

Procurement of PPE supply and delivery at ATNS stations/sites on an as‑and‑when‑required basis for two years. Suppliers with PPE manufacturing or distribution capability, experience delivering to large organizations, and proven compliance with SABS/SANS standards should bid. Capabilities should cover boots, protective clothing, gloves, eye/ear protection, reflective wear, and branding/embroidery, with reliable delivery and after‑sales compliance.

Requirements

• SARS tax compliance status with PIN valid for 60 days from submission.
• Minimum of two reference letters for PPE supply, completed within the last 5 years, on client letterhead with contact details and signed by an authorized representative.
• Ability to supply and deliver PPE that meets SABS/SANS or equivalent standards; replace non‑conforming items at no cost.
• Bid submissions via online e‑Tender in two parcels (Parcel A: Administrative/Mandatory; Parcel B: Price/Specific Goals) with required documents.
• Documents to submit (Parcel B): SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule; SBD 6.1; CSD Report; CIPC documents; Shareholder certificates; ID copies; valid B‑BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
