Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE CLOTHING AT ATNS - GEORGE AIRPORT FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED BASIS. Bidders must be Western Cape-based PPE suppliers with PPE catalogues, SANS/SABS-compliant products, ability to provide samples, and capability to submit responses via ATNS’s online e-tender system. Requirements include CSD and tax-clearance readiness, BBBEE compliance, and adherence to the 60-day bid validity.

Requirements

• Locality: proof of Western Cape base (e.g., lease/rental agreement or municipal invoice).
• PPE Catalogue: complete product catalogue for all items offered.
• Samples: may be requested; seven working days to deliver to ATNS George; samples at bidder’s cost; sizes/fit considerations.
• Standards: products must meet SANS/SABS; provide certification proof.
• Documentation: SARS PIN/tax clearance; CSD registration proof (or application); completed SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1); Declaration of Interest; Invitation to Bid; Pricing Schedule.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD): bidder must be registered or provide proof of registration/application.
• Specific goals: ATNS 20-point preference (80/20 pricing): 51% Black Owned (10 points) and 30% Black Woman Owned (10 points); provide supporting evidence (CSD, CIPC, shareholder IDs, etc.).
• Pricing: complete the pricing schedule for all items across 5 years (Year 1–Year 5).
