Appointment of a Service Provider for the Supply and Delivery of Protective Clothing for the OHS Team for the Region. Target bidders are PPE suppliers with capabilities in high-visibility clothing, protective footwear, and on-brand embroidery; must meet South African prescripts (CSD, SARS tax/compliance) and B-BBEE requirements.

Requirements

• Phase 1: Administrative compliance — correct bid documents and compliance with bid regulations (CSD and prescripts).
• Phase 2: Specific goals with points (ownership by Black People and ownership by People living with Disabilities), each 10 points, with documentary proof required (sworn affidavit; medical certificate and IDs).
• Compliance docs: Central Supplier Database registration; SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; proof for consortia/sub-contractors; no service-of-the-State affiliation.
• B-BBEE: Submit B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs.
• Pricing: Firm prices on the official pricing schedule; bid valid for 90 days; VAT included.

• Documents to submit: Official bid forms (SBD 1, 3, 4, 6.1, 7) and the Pricing Schedule; tax/CSD evidence; B-BBEE affidavit; authority to sign.
