Overview

Appointment of a service provider to supply and deliver 2x custom PVC canvas covers for SAEON Egagasini, Cape Town (550g grey PVC, 1600 mm diameter, 1800 mm height). The NRF SAEON Egagasini invites bidders with manufacturing/assembly capability to quote, including branding of the institution’s logo.

Requirements

• Fully completed Procurement Invitation (SBD 1) including SBD 4, 6.1 and signed Bid Submission Certificate; proof of authority.
• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or a SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; or CSD number if no TCS.
• Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for preference points).
• Catalogue or product brochures proving compliance with specifications.
• Pricing documents compliant with SBD 3.1 (pricing schedule), including delivery to SAEON Egagasini.
• Compliance with tax obligations and SARS verification requirements; no bids from persons in state service.
• Returnable documents and original bid documents as specified in the checklist.
• Contract period: once-off supply with 60-day bid validity (from closure).
