Overview

Appointment of a supplier to supply and deliver radar tools at George Airport (FAGG). ATNS seeks a service provider to supply 12 listed tools and related equipment, with online bid submission via e-Tender; open to vendors capable of sourcing and delivering mechanical lifting and hand tools, and meeting SARS PIN/CSD/B-BBEE prerequisites.

Requirements

• SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for 60 days from submission
• Two contactable reference letters for completed supply/delivery in the past 5 years (on client letterhead, signed, with verification contacts)
• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or proof of application
• B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs) with evidence via CSD/CIPC/shareholders IDs
• Separate TCS/PIN/CSD proof for consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors as applicable
• Complete bid documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and related CSD/CIPC/ID/shareholder documents
