Overview

ATNS seeks a service provider to supply and deliver refreshments on an “as and when” basis at OR Tambo International Control Centre for a period of three years. Bidders should have proven refreshments supply/delivery experience, and meet compliance requirements including SARS Tax Compliance, CSD registration, and B-BBEE ownership provisions.

Requirements

• Two contactable reference letters for refreshments supply within the last five years (on client letterhead, signed, with verifiable contact details).
• SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN valid for 60 days from submission; provide PIN or TCS as applicable (and CSD if no TCS).
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or proof of application; CIPC documents; shareholder certificates; IDs of shareholders; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
• Complete and submit standard bid documents: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), plus CSD, CIPC, ID copies, etc.
• Adhere to ATNS procurement rules (confidentiality, GCC acceptance, and potential negotiation).
• Compliance with delivery terms, including on-time deliveries and proper off-loading by bidder’s labour.
