Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the supply and delivery of rehabilitation items to the City of Tshwane for up to 12 months. This covers energy drinks, electrolyte beverages, and energy bars ( Items 1–4 ) for Emergency Services. Suitable bidders are suppliers of nutrition/rehabilitation stock with ability to deliver to fire stations/incidents, and who are on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD Number and compliant tax status (PIN/TCS). Must meet local health standards and packaging/quality expectations.

Requirements

• Registered on the Central Supplier Database with a valid CSD Number and tax compliance (PIN/TCS)
• Municipal rates and taxes up to date for bidder and all owners/directors (with supporting statements)
• Completion and signing of MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) with authorized signatory; disclose conflicts of interest
• Audited financial statements for the last 3 years (or proof not required if statutory)
• If a JV, provide a JV agreement signed by all parties and allow continuation unless approved to change
• Returnable documents: Tax clearance or PIN, CSD summary, company registration, BBBEE certificate, rates/taxes
• Pricing schedule fully filled; no correction fluid; black ink; all items priced (4 items)
• Optional: attendance at briefing (shown as N/A) and supplier may be subject to a market analysis
