Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the supply and delivery of safety clothing for the NRCS Bloemfontein Office. This RFQ invites safety clothing/PPE suppliers to meet NRCS specifications, branding (NRCS logo placement), and delivery to the Bloemfontein office. Requirements

• Technical: supply of the listed PPE items per the detailed specs (gloves, gumboots, reflector pants, waterproof pants/jackets, work jackets, pants, goggles, white coats, safety shoes, long/short sleeve reflector jackets) with NRCS logo placement on tops/coats as specified.
• Delivery and pricing: all delivery costs included in the bid; delivery must be firm or clearly stated; pricing must cover the exact quantities in the Pricing Schedule and align to the detailed specification (page 16) and pictures.
• Compliance risk: NRCS reserves the right to disqualify for late bids or non-compliance with specifications.
