APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TURNOUT COMPONENTS AND SETS IN THE GAUTENG REGION ON A ONCE OFF. Requirements

• Demonstrable track record in supply and delivery of rail turnout components or similar materials (minimum three projects; detailed references required).
• Compliance with EN 13232 and related railway standards; ability to supply complete turnout assemblies (rails, fastenings, base plates, sleepers, pads) for 1065 mm gauge, with specified configurations (e.g., 1:12, 1:9 turnouts, single/double slips, diamond crossings).
• Technical capability to deliver to Gauteng depots: Rebecca Street Depot (Pretoria West) and Driehoek material store (Germiston); delivery of complete sets via rail and road.
• Tax and supplier compliance: SARS PIN, CSD registration (or TCS), COIDA Good Standing; no bids from state service entities.
