APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVER, INSTALL, TEST AND COMMISSION OF WATER BACKUP STORAGE TANKS, BOOSTER PUMP SYSTEM AND WATER SUPPLY CHANGEOVER SYSTEM AT THE SOUTH AFRICAN NURSING COUNCIL (SANC)

Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the supply, deliver, install, test and commission of water backup storage tanks, booster pump system and water supply changeover system at the South African Nursing Council (SANC). The procurement covers design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 30,000 L storage solution (six 5,000 L tanks), a dual booster pump system, security enclosure, borehole integration and a manual/automatic changeover between borehole and municipal water. It is a 36-month contract with pricing to be reviewed/adjusted annually, and a 12-month warranty post‑commissioning. Bid validity is 60 days. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of CSD status.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) or CSD number; separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors.
• Proof of specific goals ownership: CIPC docs, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and related ownership verification documents.
• Minimum of three government/public sector reference letters for similar work (or as specified), on client letterhead with contact details.
• Valid Department of Labour compliance (COID) certificate / good standing.
• Site briefing attendance certificate (mandatory).
• Written price quotation with a detailed pricing schedule (Section D) and compliance with PPPFA 80/20 rules (SBD forms as applicable).
• Verification documents for CSD and tax status as required by the invitation.
