Overview

ATNS seeks to appoint a service provider to supply, deliver and assemble boardroom chairs at ATNS Head Office. The RFQ covers two chair types (100 ergonomic boardroom chairs and 25 ergonomic executive boardroom chairs) and requires delivery, installation, and ongoing compliance with SA standards and warranties. Target bidders are suppliers with proven office-furniture experience, capability to meet environmental/regulatory standards, and the ability to provide a 10-year warranty.

Requirements

• Relevant company experience in supply, delivery and assembly of office furniture, with at least two client reference letters (recent, on client letterhead, signed, with contact details, scope, and duration).
• Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA) or valid RMA insurance; valid on bid closing date and in bidder’s legal/trading name.
• Manufacturer’s warranty for 10 years.
• Technical datasheet for each item (model, dimensions, materials, colours, load capacity).
• Compliance with ATNS pricing schedule and submission of pricing on company letterhead with fully completed SBD 3.1.

• Documents to submit: fully completed pricing quotation aligned to ATNS Pricing Schedule (Annexure A) with SBD 3.1; SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; CSD proof or application; SARS PIN/TCS; Declaration of Interest; Invitation to Bid.
