APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY OF NINE BOARDROOM TABLES AT THE ATNS HEAD OFFICE. Bidders with proven office-furniture supply/assembly experience, capability to meet SA standards, and capacity to deliver 9 tables (3 x 10-seat, 3 x 22-seat, 3 x 8-seat) with integrated power sockets and cable management should bid. Requirements

• Relevant Company Experience: at least two client reference letters for recent office-furniture supply/delivery/assembly.
• Letter of Good Standing with COIDA or valid RMA insurance; valid on bid closing date.
• Manufacturer’s Warranty: 10-year warranty for all furniture.
• Technical datasheets: product brochures/spec sheets showing name/model, dimensions, materials, colours, load capacities.
• Pricing: fully completed ATNS pricing schedule on company letterhead (SBD3.1).
• Administrative prerequisites: valid Tax PIN, BBB-EE certificate or sworn affidavit, CIPC, latest CSD Full Report, signed SBD1/SBD4/SBD6.1.
• CSD Registration: proof of CSD registration or application; bid cannot be awarded without CSD.
• Specific Goals (ATNS 80/20): 20 points for preferences; require proof (CSD Report, CIPC docs, shareholder certificates, ID copies).
• Delivery/Performance: furniture delivered to ATNS Head Office; bidder provides labour; risk and cost of off-loading on bidder; deliveries within stipulated days; compliance with relevant Acts (OHS, SANS, NEMA, etc.); take-back/recycling plan and non-toxic finishes with SDS where applicable.
