Overview

Procurement of the supply, delivery and installation of a complete Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps (10 months license renewal) and one new license at the Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA). Target bidders are IT/software licensing providers with experience in Adobe CC licensing, license management and on-site installation support.

Requirements

• Compliance with PEC/SCM rules: no bids from persons in the service of the state; all RFQ forms must be completed and signed; bid must be deposited before closing; if a JV, JV agreement properly signed.
• Mandatory documents: tax PIN, company registration, CSD verification, certified IDs for directors, and proof of municipal rates (not in arrears for >3 months); BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (and if EMEs, auditor letter as applicable).
• BBBEE and JV requirements: attach BBBEE documents; if forming a JV, consolidate BBBEE and provide all required documentation for each party.
• Tax/registration: bidder must be registered on CSD and provide TCS/PIN where applicable; other tax compliance details as required.
• Preference points: adhere to PPPFA rules (80/20 or 90/10 system) and provide proof for specific goals (HDI, local economy) as applicable.
• Local content: where designated, declare local content in line with SATS 1286:2011 and Annexes; complete Annex C/D/E declarations.
• Documentation format: submit on official forms (not re-typed) and be ready to provide supporting proof on request.
