• Returnable documents: Invitation to Bid (MBD1), Declaration of Interest (MBD4), Pricing Schedule, Preference Points Claim (MBD6.1), Contract Form (MBD7.2), Declaration of SCM Practices (MBD8), Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD9), Schedule 1A & 1B, and the Pricing Schedule for concrete palisade fencing.
• HDI/Specific Goals: 80/20 preference system with up to 20 points for specific goals (HDI, local locality, etc.) per the tender’s table.
• Pricing: Complete the SPECIFICATIONS AND PRICING SCHEDULE FOR CONCRETE PALISADE FENCING (items 01–09) with total VAT-inclusive price.
• Bid validity: 90 days.
• Compliance: No bids from persons in the service of the state; disclosure and anti-corruption commitments as per tender documents.
