Overview

The supply, delivery and offload of high-density polyethylene 240L and 140L wheeled bins to Pikitup SOC Limited on an as-and-when-required basis over 36 months. Bidders should be wheeled-bin manufacturers or suppliers capable of meeting SANS 1494:2014, providing a quality-control plan, and satisfying SCM/PPPFA requirements (CSD registration, tax clearance PIN, VAT, and mandatory MBD documentation) for the evaluation process. Requirements

• Indicate whether you are a manufacturer or supplier.
• Provide a quality-control plan confirming SANS 1494:2014 compliance.
• Supply 240L and 140L bins that conform to SANS 1494:2014 and HDPE virgin material.
• Bins must be tested to specification: injection-moulded bodies, reinforced lids, wheel hubs, tyres, axles per standard; colour coding as specified (240L charcoal/green; 140L assorted colours).
• Bins must be clearly labelled with PI KIT UP in white and bear sequential serial numbers; no vendor logos.
• Deliveries: batches of 10, serial-numbered, with Excel serial list emailed prior to delivery; delivery notes with serials; delivery cut-off by 12:00; pallets and proper packing.
• After-sales: warranty on materials/workmanship; exchange of defective/damaged bins within seven working days; excess spare bins and wheels provision.
• Compliance documentation: CSD registration, SARS tax-compliance PIN, VAT details; MBD forms; JV partnerships require separate documentation; foreign suppliers complete Part B3 as applicable.
