Appointment of a service provider for the supply, delivery and support of FM re-broadcasting receivers for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend by two years on a as-and-when-required basis. Open to manufacturers or authorized distributors of FM receivers with capability to supply, deliver, install and provide warranty/support services across South Africa.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: original SARS Tax Clearance; provide SARS PIN for TCS; or supply a CSD number if no TCS; if in a JV/consortium, separate TCS for each party.
• BBBEE / Preference documentation: BBBEE status and SBD 6.1; ensure compliance with Preferential Procurement regulations.
• Corporate authority: board resolutions authorising bid participation and, if applicable, a lead JV signatory with authority to sign contracts.
• Returnable documents: complete and sign all listed returnable documents (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 5, SBD 6.1, etc.) and Company/registration documents.
• Technical eligibility: provide evidence of compliance with mandatory FM Re-Broadcasting Receiver specifications as per tender data.
• Sub-contracting: no subcontracting anticipated; if required, approvals must be obtained in writing (per Tender Data).
