Appointment of a service provider to supply, deliver and support general items and tools for ATNS at designated sites (FAEL King Phalo, FAGG George, FACT Cape Town, FAPE Chief Dawid Stuurman, FAOR O.R. Tambo, and the Aviation Training Academy). Firms active in provisioning general tools, toolkits, power tools, and related equipment should consider bidding; capability to meet CNS/ATNS operational standards and provide warranties and documentation is essential.

Requirements

• Mandatory briefing session attendance.
• Minimum of three contactable reference letters in supply of general tools, within the past 5 years.
• For each item, provide a specification sheet or brochure (name/model, dimensions, materials, colour options).
• Warranty: power tools minimum 12 months; toolboxes minimum 10 years.
• Documentation: user manuals, maintenance guides, and technical docs; tools must meet environmental/durability/ergonomic standards; SABS or equivalent standards (SANS/IEC/ISO).
• SARS Tax Compliance Status valid for the duration.
• CSD Registration Report, CIPC documents, Shareholder certificates, ID copies of shareholders, and B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
• Bidders may need OEM authorisation if bidding as a distributor; ensure all bid documents (SBDs, pricing) are complete.

• Submission deadline: 29 July 2026, 11:00 CAT (Volume 1A). (See Volume 1A: General Instructions and Administrative Requirements.)
• Submission method: online via the National Treasury e-Tender system; or hard copy. Email submissions are not accepted.
• Two-Parcel submission: Parcel A is Administrative/Mandatory; Parcel B is Price and Specific Goals (SBD 3.1, SBD 6.1, CSD/CIPC docs, etc.).
• Documents to submit ( Volume 1A): SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 6.1, CSD report, CIPC docs, shareholder certificates, shareholder IDs, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SARS Tax Clearance.
• Briefing session: 10 July 2026, 09:30 (Microsoft Teams; compulsory).
