Overview

Procurement of a service provider to supply and deliver ready-made stand-alone portable prefabricated mobile office containers (multi-slice) for multiple Sekhukhune sites (Maklerekeng, Marishane Plant, Penge Pump Station, Nebo Stores, Ephraim Mogale Fire Station, Fetakgomo Fire Station, Practiseer Regional Office). Suitable bidders are those with experience in modular container offices, CIDB 3ME or higher, and the ability to meet SA tax/compliance requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 3ME or higher
• Tax compliance: Tax Clearance/PIN (SARS) and, if applicable, e-filing verification
• CSD registration or TCS certificate; if no TCS, provide CSD number
• Returnable documents: complete Invitation (Part A & B), Pricing Schedule, Declarations (MBD1/MBD4/MBD5), Preference Form (MBD6.1), Contract Form (MBD7.2), SCM declarations (MBD8/MBD9) and Schedule 1A/1B
• HDI and specific goals: 80/20 preference scoring with HDI/locality/women/other goals as per PPPFA 2022
• Compliance attestations: no state service participation by bidder, past SCM practices, and related declarations
• Specifications: provide containers with specified layout (offices, toilets, kitchen, AC, doors/windows, fire rating) and certification of compliance per container
• Bid validity: 90 days; payment terms: 30 days after invoice
• Pricing and technical details: submit via the specified Pricing Schedule and attach required certificates (e.g., CoC, fire, electrical tests)
