Overview

ATNS seeks a Service Provider to supply, deliver, perform oil analysis, and test radar gear oil for FABL on an as-and-when-required basis for five years. Requirements

• Two contactable reference letters for Industrial Oil supply and testing services, issued within the last 5 years.
• Valid laboratory accreditation for oil analysis (ISO/IEC 17025) by SANAS or an ILAC signatory; if subcontracted, provide details and agreement.
• All oil analyses to SANAS-accredited labs; deliver laboratory reports with test methods, results, interpretation, and maintenance recommendations.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application; SARS PIN valid for 60 days; tax compliance status.
• Proof of B-BBEE status (BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs); ID copies of shareholders; CIPC documents; shareholder certificates.
• Complete SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and pricing schedules; CSD report and related company docs.
