Overview

SAWS seeks to appoint a service provider for the supply, implementation, and support of an enterprise-grade Patch Management and Vulnerability Management Solution for SAWS for three years. The bidders should be IT security vendors with: patch management and vulnerability management capabilities, experience delivering end-to-end implementations, and the ability to operate on an OEM-supported platform across on-premises and cloud environments. Requirements

• Deliver a single OEM-supported Patch and Vulnerability Management platform with a unified console and agent framework, including end-to-end delivery and ongoing optimisation for 3 years (Annexure H).
• Provide due diligence: OEM accreditation verification, reference verification, and on-site due-diligence at supplier premises prior to award (GCC/Annexure B).
• Establish a Service Level Agreement and supplier performance scorecard; comply with supplier performance management as a condition of award (Annexure B).
• Tax/compliance: provide SARS Tax Clearance PIN or ensure CSD registration; foreign bidders to follow Annexure A processes; POPIA supplier consent form included (Annexure i) and related disclosures (Annexure C).
• Compliance packages: adherence to GCC 2010 terms, including warranties (12 months), delivery, penalties, and ability to support on-site installation and training (Annexure B).
