Appointment of a service provider for the supply of VR Desktop and Robotics Virtual Reality Software Services for 4IR Building, Mossel Bay Campus, South Cape TVET College. Bidders with VR/AR desktop hardware, robotics VR software, and related education-sector implementation experience; capable of installation, commissioning, training, and ongoing support; and able to meet tax, BBBEE, and supplier-registration prerequisites.

Requirements

• Valid tax clearance (PIN) or CSD registration; VAT status where applicable.
• BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit) and related verification.
• Company registration documents, including corporate structure and ownership details; supplier profile.
• Completion and submission of required SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8, SBD 9, plus Price Declaration/Price Schedule.
• Two reference letters confirming delivery of similar VR hardware/software projects.
• Compliance with the general and special contract conditions stated in the RFQ (including installation, training, support, and warranty provisions).

• Pre-qualifications/registrations: Tax compliance (PIN/CSD); VAT status; BBBEE; municipal lease account or latest municipal account; CSD registration number (as applicable per RFQ).
• Briefing session: Mandatory on 1 September 2026 at 11:00 via Microsoft Teams (join link in the RFQ and the attached Bid document SCC 009/2026.pdf).
