Appointment of a service provider for the supply of VR Desktop and Robotics Virtual Reality Software Services for 4IR Building, Mossel Bay Campus, South Cape TVET College. The RFQ targets software vendors with VR/robotics platforms, capable of installation, commissioning, training, ongoing support and warranty.

Requirements

• Compliance: valid SARS tax matters (tax clearance/pin), municipal rates/account, VAT status; B-BBEE verification (SANAS) or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs.

• Qualifications: demonstrable VR Desktop and robotics VR software capabilities; ability to supply installation, on-site commissioning, training, support, and warranty.
• Contract specifics: 12-month warranty; 30-day payment after invoice; delivery to Mossel Bay Campus (4IR Building); inc. incidental services (training, manuals, on-site support).
• General: adherence to GCC/SCC; potential performance security within 30 days of award; inspections/testing as applicable.
