APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 CEClosed

Overview

Appointment of a service provider for the support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (including related Power Platform, Sage 300 Finance integrations and the NRCS customer portal). The NRCS seeks ongoing support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and knowledge transfer for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment and its integrations for a 12-month term. Open to ICT service providers with Microsoft Dynamics CE, Power Platform and Sage 300 Finance integration experience; bidders must be registered on CSD, have a SARS Tax Compliance Status (or PIN) and submit the required SBD forms, a pricing schedule and accreditation for Dynamics 365 CE.

Requirements

• Compliance with NRCS procurement rules (electronic submission only) and mandatory SBDs (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1).
• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Tax Compliance Status (PIN/CSD number).
• Valid vendor accreditation/certification for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE; BBBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Demonstrated capability: CVs with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Sage 300 Finance integration experience; client references.
• Complete and sign the bid document and pricing schedule; return all required documents.
