Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE OF SAGE 300 AND SAGE 300 PEOPLE to the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS). The NRCS seeks a Sage‑accredited service partner to provide ongoing support, upgrades to the latest vendor-supported Sage versions, security enhancements (Multi‑Factor Authentication) and an Audit Log solution, plus maintenance of Sage 300 Finance and Sage 300 People and related integrations.

Requirements

• Current accredited Sage Business Partner authorized to support Sage 300 Finance and Sage 300 People; provide Sage accreditation certificate or partner certificate.
• Proof of accreditation and ability to perform upgrades; relevant vendor certifications (including MFA and Audit Log capabilities as applicable).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN (TCS) or be able to submit a CSD number; ensure tax/compliance in NRCS records.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number; NRCS minimum verification requirements.
• B-BBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Complete and sign SBD forms (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1); comply with NRCS procurement rules; electronic submission.
• Not in the service of the state.

• Documents to submit: SARS TCS PIN or CSD number; CSD proof; Sage accreditation certificates; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; company authority/resolution; Tax and CSD/BBBEE docs; completed SBD forms.
• Pricing: firm prices; offer valid for 90 days; 12-month contract with potential for extension (Scope includes upgrades, MFA and Audit Log).
