Overview

Procurement of a service provider to support, maintain, and migrate the SADPMR’s current SIP and telephone usage for the existing telephony infrastructure for 36 months. This limited-tender is aimed at providers with Microsoft Teams voice, SIP trunking, SBC maintenance, and related ICT integration skills, including adherence to Preferential Points.

Requirements

• Qualifications and certifications
  • Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work (proof of certification)
  • Five+ years of Microsoft Teams support experience
  • At least three reference letters for similar Teams support projects
  • 130 user configurations (CVs of technicians; MS certifications)
• Technical capabilities
  • Integrate or run natively with Microsoft Teams; provide a 30-channel SIP trunk compatible with existing third-party services
  • Port SADPMR numbers to the new SIP solution; support 30 concurrent calls; provide call monitoring and reporting
  • Secure, with firewall/network optimization; configuration of 130 user devices; SBC maintenance
  • SLA, maintenance: 36-month service, including 24 hours/month ad-hoc support; 5-day project kickoff; full maintenance, hosting, and support
• Compliance and documents
  • CSD registration (CSD number) and SARS Tax Compliance PIN (or proof)
  • Copies of IDs, CIPC registration, latest full CSD report
  • Central Supplier Database registration; VAT details
  • Complete SBD forms and related procurement documentation; two-envelope bid submission; attend compulsory briefing
