APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE TESTING OF BIOTOXINS IN LIVE FISHERY PRODUCTS. The NRCS seeks a laboratory capable of PSP toxin testing (AOAC method OMA 2005.06), lipophilic shellfish toxins (EURL LC-MS/MS) and amnesic toxins (HPLC/UV) on live abalone, oysters and mussels, handling 114 samples for PSP, 114 for lipophilic toxins and 82 for amnesic toxins.

Requirements

• Proven ability to perform the specified toxin analyses using the listed validated methods.
• Proof of tax/compliance status (SARS PIN) or CSD registration.
• Completion and submission of SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4 and SBD6.1 (and related documents) as part of the bid.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and access to directorship/membership details.
• Compliance with NRCS mandatory requirements and NRCS general conditions (SAMG/GCC) as applicable.
• Demonstrated experience/ability to supply to similar NRCS or regulatory tenders (Schedule of Work Carried Out by the Bidder).
