APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR TRAINING OF 15 EMPLOYEES IN O.R. TAMBO DISTRICT (MTHATHA) FOR CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS FOR THE PERIOD OF 3 DAYS. This open tender by the Eastern Cape Department of Public Works & Infrastructure targets training providers capable of delivering a 3-day Construction Regulations course for 15 attendees at Mthatha, with adherence to SANS- and SAQA-aligned standards, PPPFA evaluation, and mandatory compliance documentation (SBD forms, tax, CSD, accreditation).

• Suitable for training providers with accreditation to CETA/QCTO/Services SETA
• Facilitators must hold a National Diploma in Built Environment with 3+ years’ experience
• Must provide training content, attendance registers, and post-training certificates
• Must be tax compliant and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)

Requirements

• Accredited to CETA or QCTO or Services SETA (proof required)
• Facilitator: minimum National Diploma in Built Environment; 3+ years facilitation experience; copy of qualification and detailed CV
• Provider: demonstrated training delivery history (≥2 references) with training content for rollout
• Deliverables: signed training report on company letterhead with attendance registers within 10 working days; certificates of competence for learners if applicable
• Compliance: SBD1/SBD3.1/SBD4/SBD6.1; Annexure A (Resolution to Sign); Annexure B (local content declaration); CSD registration prior to award; tax clearance/PIN as applicable

• No price escalation after submission; firm prices required
