Overview

Appointment of a service provider for training of 15 employees on Advanced Excel in OR Tambo District (Mthatha) for the period of 3 days. Requirements

• Accredited facilitator for Advanced Excel (EDTP SETA) and attachment of accreditation letter; facilitator must have 3+ years’ experience with CV and IDs.
• Service provider must be accredited to QCTO or MICT SETA or Services SETA (with applicable unit standard) and provide proof; facilitator accreditation must be included.
• Proof of company experience in Advanced Excel training (testimonials/references) and a brief rollout methodology.
• Full compliance with SBD forms and bidding documents: SBD1 (Parts A/B), SBD3.1 (Pricing Schedule), SBD4 (Disclosures), Annexure A (Resolution to Sign), Annexure B (local content), SBD6.1 (specific goals).
• Tax and registrations: tax compliance (PIN); either TCS via SARS or CSD number; if VAT vendor, indicate VAT; ensure CSD registration prior award.
• Deliverables and quality: training at 3rd floor KD Matanzima Building Boardroom; provide attendance certificates, training reports, and participant certificates with the service provider logo.
• Local content goals and PPPFA evaluation (80/20; 20 points for specific goals); compliance verified through CSD/TCS.
