Appointment of a Service Provider for Upgrade and Service of Head Office Server Room Infrastructure

Overview

Procurement of a service provider to upgrade and service the Head Office server room infrastructure. This is an Open-Tender by Moqhaka Local Municipality for ICT/infrastructure upgrading and ongoing server-room services. Bidders should have IT/ data-center, network, electrical/cooling and related engineering capabilities, with local preference considerations (BBBEE status and local residency).

Requirements

• Mandatory briefing attendance; non-attendance disqualifies bid.
• CIDB registration/grading where applicable.
• Tax clearance certificate (original) or SARS PIN.
• CSD (Central Supplier Database) registration with proof.
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Identity documents of company directors.
• Company registration documentation.
• Proof of municipal rates/taxes in the name of the company (or approved alternative).
• All documents must be the original tender package; no retyping; no alterations.
• Tender validity: 120 days.

How to Apply

• Important dates: Compulsory briefing 21 October 2026 at 10:00; Closing 5 November 2026 at 12:00.
• Submission: Fully completed original tender in individually sealed envelopes, deposited in the bid box at Corner 11&12 Way, Magasyn/Stores, Industrial, Kroonstad; envelopes must show tender number and title. No email submissions.
