APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER PROVIDE AN EDITING TOOL FOR WRITING FOR 36 MONTHS (15 LICENSES).

Overview

ASA seeks to appoint a service provider to supply an editing tool for writing for 36 months (15 licenses). The tool is an enterprise‑grade writing assistant with features such as grammar, style, tone/clarity analysis, punctuation and plagiarism checks, and must integrate with MS Office and Google Docs. Eligible bidders are software vendors with enterprise software delivery capability, strong security/compliance controls, and experience with similar editing tools. The RFQ is ASA 04/10/2026 (Terms of Reference header). Submission is via electronic submission and the award includes a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be negotiated post‑award.

Requirements

• Enterprise‑grade editing tool with core features: grammar/punctuation/spelling detection, style suggestions, tone/clarity analysis, synonyms, and plagiarism detection; cross‑platform integration (MS Office, Google Docs).
• Team collaboration features, centralized admin controls, and reporting/analytics on writing quality.
• Support for customization: custom dictionaries, brand language, and industry terminology; user management and security controls; data protection measures.
• Intellectual Property: ASA claims copyright to outputs produced under the contract; proper IP protection and use restrictions.
• Security/compliance commitments and SLA provisions to be negotiated; standard SLA indicators and resource commitments.
• Mandatory pre‑qualifications and bid documents:
  • Latest Central Supplier Database (CSD) report; tax clearance/compliance
  • Signed General Conditions of Contract; SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms completed
  • Completed price schedule and at least three positive written reference letters
  • Proposals must address evaluation criteria and be valid for the specified period (3+ months).
