Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status required; e-filing possible; foreign suppliers must complete Part B3.
• Complete and submit required BBBEE and locality documentation for preference points (80/20 system: price 80, BBBEE 10, locality 10).

• Attend the compulsory clarification meeting; non-attendance renders bid non-compliant.

• Attend the compulsory clarification meeting on 11 August 2026 at 14:30, 60 Andringa Street, Stellenbosch Central; non-attendance = non-compliant.
• Submit sealed bids to the Stellenbosch Municipality bid box at Town House Plein Street, clearly marking the envelope with the Tender Number: B/SM 122/26; bid documents must be complete.
• Bids must be valid for 180 days after closing. Late, electronic, telephonic or faxed bids will not be considered.
