Overview

Appointment of a service provider for a three-year licence-fee AI audit system with data analytics for Mogale City Local Municipality. Open Tender to supply, implement and maintain an AI-enabled audit system with analytics under PPPFA 2022 rules. Requirements

• PPPFA 2022 compliance with 80/20 (price:specific-goals) and functionality minimum of 15/25.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS; e-filing options; separate TCS/CSD for JV/consortia.
• CSD registration or TCS certificate; provide CSD number if no TCS.
• Complete and submit official documents: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, and Pricing Schedule (original forms, handwritten).
• Attend mandatory Compulsory Briefing and sign attendance (MM IA 01/2027).
• Submission must be before the closing time; late bids rejected; bid box delivery method specified.
• All prices must be in RSA currency and VAT inclusive; VAT vendor rules apply.
• Potential CSR contribution of 2% for non-Mogale-based bidders.
• Provide Municipal Rates/Taxes or lease/rental documentation as required by the bid docs.
• Data ownership and provider obligations regarding municipal data, backups and POPIA/MFMA compliance per SOP (Annexure A).
