Appointment of a service provider to Advanced Writing Training for 13 delegates

Overview

The procurement is for an online Advanced Writing Training service for 13 SAQA delegates. Requirements

• Administrative and compliance: submit a CSD report/number; sign standard bid documents (SBD4 and SBD6.1) in PDF; comply with RFQ special conditions.
• Mandatory documents: at least two signed client reference letters on client letterheads; CV of the proposed facilitator demonstrating relevant qualifications and experience.
• Evaluation and governance: price evaluation under SAQA’s 80/20 system; preference points for specific goals (at least 51% black ownership and 30% black woman ownership) with certified B-BBEE documents.
