Overview

Procurement of a service provider to assist NRCS with speed linearity testing on speed cameras. The RFQ (RFQ No. 059/2026) covers testing 20 laser/radar speed-measuring devices under LM–RTLE–TSM:2021, to be conducted by a SANAS ISO 17025 accredited calibration lab, with a 3-week turnaround. Requirements

• Accreditation: SANAS ISO 17025 calibration lab; testing 20 speed-measuring devices; speed linearity and dynamic performance per LM–RTLE–TSM:2021; speed calibration at multiple speeds (10 speeds listed, up to 250 km/h).
• Turnaround: 3 weeks.
• Compliance: proof of meeting technical requirements; contactable reference letters; NRCS Supplier Declaration Form; NRCS supplier database checks.
• Administrative: complete and sign SBD forms (1, 3.3, 4, 6.1); evidence of tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS) and CSD number; BBBEE documentation for preference points. (See ToR/ToR-related checklists in the attached documents)
