APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO ASSIST THE OFFICE OF THE VALUER GENERAL (OVG) WITH VALUATION SERVICES FOR PORTION 1 OF THE FARM KLIPPAN 496 LR MEASURING 1227.0688 HA

Overview

Appointment of a service provider to assist the Office of the Valuer General (OVG) with valuation services for Portion 1 of the Farm Klippan 496 LR, measuring 1227.0688 ha. The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development invites professional property valuers registered with the SA Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) to deliver a full valuation report, including current use value, market value and title/land details, under the Property Valuation Act and the OVG terms of reference.

Requirements

• Valuer must be registered with SACPVP and sign the Certificate of Value on the report.
• Produce a comprehensive valuation covering current use value, market value, acquisition history, and comparables with supporting data.
• Comply with GCC; submit SBD1, pricing schedule, SBD6.1, SBD7.2, and SBD4 where applicable; provide tax clearance PIN and CSD number; ensure tax compliance.
• B-BBEE considerations may apply; non-state employees and joint ventures require separate pre-qualifications.
• Deliverables must reflect State valuation standards and be signed by the valuer.
