Overview

Procurement of a service provider to assist the Office of the Valuer General (OVG) with valuation services on Portion 5 of the Farm Haakdoornbult 542 KQ for Moabi SDL land claim, Thabazimbi Local Municipality, Waterberg District. Target bidders are valuation professionals with relevant expertise in land-claim valuations and government OV G processes, and with appropriate professional qualifications and registrations.

Requirements

• Professional valuation qualifications and registration with the appropriate body.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS, and, if applicable, VAT registration; ensure tax clearance status.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; provide the CSD number if no TCS PIN.
• Completion and submission of the bid documentation: GCC, Authority to sign SBDs, SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1, Credit Instruction forms, terms of reference, and pricing schedules.
• Compliance with Preferential Procurement Regulations: claim points under the 80/20 system (price and specific goals) and provide proof for HDI, gender, disability, and youth as applicable (IDs, registration documents, medical letters).
• No bid will be considered from state service incumbents or related restrictions as per the forms.
