Overview

Procurement of a service provider to assist the Office of the Valuer General (OVG) with valuation services on portions of two farms in Lephalale, Limpopo. Suitable bidders are professional valuers with land/ farm valuation experience and ability to produce OVG-compliant valuation reports; familiarity with cadastral data and government valuation processes is advantageous.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN for verification or a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; if applicable, CSD number; separate TCS for each JV/consortium.
• Registration: Central Supplier Database (CSD) entry if no TCS PIN available.
• Qualifications: proof of relevant valuation expertise; ability to deliver OVG valuation outputs.
• Bid documentation: complete and return attached forms (GCC, SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7, etc.).
• Preferences: ability to claim 80/20 points with supporting documentation for HDI, female, youth, and disability goals; provide proofs as required.
• Contract: willing to sign the contract (SBD7) and comply with the GCC.
• Compliance: bids must be submitted by the closing time; late bids are not considered.
