Appointment of a service provider (Professional Land Surveyor) to assist the Office of the Valuer General with valuation services on Portion 0 (Remaining Extent) and Portion 1 of the farm Uitzicht 28 LS, Makhado, Vhembe District. Bidders should be professional land valuers registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) and capable of producing a comprehensive valuation report for land reform purposes.

Requirements

• Professional land valuer registered with SACPVP; able to value Portions 0 and 1 of Uitzicht 28 LS as one farm unit.
• Deliver a complete valuation report covering current use value, history of acquisition, market value, state investment/subsidies, and purpose of acquisition.
• Include title deed information and any relevant supporting documents; verify data, apply appropriate valuation methods, and present methodologies and calculations.
• Coordinate inspections with landowners (notice of inspection 14 days prior) and attach all required data, including comparable sales where applicable.
• Submit in accordance with bidding documents (GCC and SBD forms) and provide tax/compliance documentation (SARS PIN/TCS or CSD details) as part of the bid.
