APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO ASSIST WITH THE HISTORICAL VALUATION OF A REMAINDER OF PORTION 23 OF THE FARM SYFERKUIL 921 LS MEASURING 986.2326 HA.Closed

Overview

This tender aims to appoint a service provider to assist with the historical valuation of a remainder of Portion 23 of the Farm Syferkuil 921 LS (986.2326 ha). Suitable bidders are valuation professionals with land/property valuation expertise, preferably in rural/land reform contexts, capable of delivering a historical valuation report. Closing date is 20 October 2026 (validity 60 days).

Requirements

• Proven valuation experience relevant to historical land valuations.
• Compliance with submission of official bid documents: GCC, SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7 (Contract Form) and related forms (credit instruction, Authority to Sign, etc.) as specified (see attached documents).
• Tax and supplier status: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; separate TCS for each party in consortia/joint ventures.
• Bids must be submitted by email to limpopo.quotations@dlrrd.gov.za (no briefing session held; see attached terms).
• Bid documents must include proof of tax/compliance where applicable; adherence to Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (80/20 system) with HDI, female, disability, and youth goals.
• Bid validity: 60 days from closing.
