APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO ASSIST WITH THE HISTORICAL VALUATION OF PORTION 1 OF THE FARM ENTABENI 251 MT MEASURING 395.1094 HECTARES AND PARTS OF THE REMAINING EXTENT OF THE FARM ENTABENI 251 MT MEASURING 105.9831 HECTARES. Bidders should have capability relevant to historical land valuation processes and related data handling (e.g., cadastral/GIS inputs) to support the Department of Rural Development & Land Reform.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN for verification and/or a printed Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; if in a consortium, each party must have a separate TCS/CSD; if registered on CSD, provide CSD number (see SBD/Fee docs).
• Central Supplier Database: provide CSD number if no TCS PIN is available.
• State-service restrictions: bids from persons in the Service of the State or related entities are not allowed.
• Documentation: complete and return GCC, SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1, Credit Instruction forms, and the Terms of Reference; if awarded, sign SBD7 and related contract forms.
• Submission format: bid response documents must be submitted as specified in the invitation (email submission noted; see attached terms).
