Procurement of a service provider to assist with the statutory review and, where necessary, amendment of the Bergrivier Municipality Integrated Zoning Scheme By-Law, Zoning Register and related zoning maps. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and submission of CSD number with bid; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN required; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (certified) or score 0 for B-BBEE if not submitted.
• Complete and submit standard bid forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10; Pricing Schedule; Form of Offer; Declaration by Tenderer.
• Participation in PPPFA 80/20 framework: 80 points for price, 10 for specific goals, 10 for BBBEE.
• Bids must be in black ink on official documents; no fax/email submissions; proof of dispatch not valid as receipt proof.
• CIDB grading requirement: none (NO LEVEL & CATEGORY: N/A).
