Overview

Appointment of a service provider to conduct a comprehensive clean-up of the NRF’s Fixed Asset Register and perform physical asset verification for three months, across seven NRF units and eight nodes, including impairment testing, useful life/residual value reassessment, and training. Requirements

• At least two SAICA-registered CA(SA) team leaders with 5+ years’ experience. Proof of SAICA membership.
• Minimum six team members with financial/accounting qualifications and at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Demonstrated PFMA and GRAP knowledge; experience on two similar public-sector projects; high-level execution plan.
• Ability to travel to NRF offices nationwide (7 units and 8 nodes); access to asset management software capable of scanning tags and uploading to D365.
• Mandatory returnable documents: company profile, CVs and SAICA confirmation for team leaders, CVs/qualifications for six team members, execution plan, and two reference letters.
• Provide asset management guidelines and training.
