Appointment of a service provider to conduct a comprehensive land audit for Victor Khanye Local Municipality for 12 months. This is an Open-Tender for consultancy services in land administration/audit; suitable for firms with cadastral/GIS expertise and professional registration.

Requirements

• Eligible bidders must be qualified and professionally registered for the consultancy service and show managerial capacity, reliability, and relevant project experience.
• Compliance and due diligence:
  • Original SARS Tax Clearance certificate.
  • Full CSD report not older than 3 months.
  • Municipal accounts for the business and all directors not in arrears > 90 days; include lease or proof of business address if applicable; affidavits if addresses differ; certification not older than 6 months.
• Documentation and evaluation:
  • Returnable documents and forms (MBD2, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9) plus pricing schedule (MBD3.1) as part of a single-volume tender (see attached tender documents).
