Overview

SANParks seeks a service provider to conduct a mini-work-study for specific roles to inform grading and job titling decisions. The initial tranche covers 3 roles affecting about 99 employees, using the Paterson Job Evaluation framework for evidence-based role profiles and JE panels. (RFQ-003B-26 - Work Study.pdf)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in work-study assignments of similar scale.
• Project Lead: NQF Level 8+ in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Design & Development or HR; provide proof.
• Team Lead: ≥5 years’ work-study experience; Paterson grading experience/certification; task analysis, process mapping, stakeholder interviews.
• Three written reference letters (last 5 years) on client letterhead with contact details.
• Fully completed SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 (with B-BBEE verification or sworn affidavit), SBD7.2; proof of tax compliance and CSD status; SARS PIN where applicable.
• Compliance with POPIA, Occupational Health and Safety; confidentiality and IP provisions; central supplier database (CSD) registration.
